Before you sign anything.

Yes. Start a 7-day trial with card details verified securely by PayFast, use the full Professional features, and cancel before the first billing date to avoid a charge. After the trial, monthly billing starts automatically at the price shown during signup, including VAT.
Anyone who signs in to the workspace. People who only sign a document, or who open a Guest Viewer link, are not users and are not billed.
Yes, up or down. Changes take effect from the next billing period, and adding people mid-term is pro-rated.
Card or EFT, monthly or annually, invoiced in South African Rand excluding VAT. Annual billing charges ten months for a twelve-month term, so two months are free.
